We own more than 1M square feet of land in Birmingham, AL, Jackson, MS, Little Rock, AR, St. Louis, IL & etc.

GOALS
We are looking for projects anywhere from $3M-$30M.
Open to doing deal-by-deal work.
Over <35K sq feet of land per property.
Looking for projects in micropolitan areas. Areas with population of over 6-figures.
Multifamily projects can be considered on a tertiary equity-basis.
STRATEGIES
Looking for properties near the highway and/or with shopping amenities nearby.
Targeted cities include 'capitals' & near 'port areas'.
Preferably 'non-R' zoning.
'Master lease' desired.
Open to unique assets like international missions, federal-based buildings & etc.
Cities with casinos & river/lake nearby are also appealing.
Looking to avoid highly inflated areas with high 'wages'.
Too many regulations and less acceptance of 'charter schools' are demerits for us.
'Loopholes' are intriguing to us.
Innovative structures and locations are compelling to us as well.
